1. There are coffee makers in the room, but not for hard core drinkers, so save the effort of making a mess/cup and grab a cup at the cafe downstairs instead.

2. We were on the 2nd floor, no issues with the room, it was quiet, temperature was fine, queen beds (which are hard to find down there) were comfortable, it was clean.

4. My daughter had some kind of allergic reaction to the trees or scrubs in the area and we had to pay to take a taxi back to the hotel as she could not walk without sneezing and breathing hard.

5. And worse every time we needed to get into our room we had to go down 16 floors and report it and then get a janitor to 'Hit it hard' to force the door open while slamming into the door and lifting the handle.

8. While I appreciate the courtesy of the discount being applied to our reservation, I find it hard to believe it is impossible for us to qualify for the Florida Resident Package as advertised on your website.
