1. Rooms are not clean hair on sheets and shower had mold and shower on off broken.

4. Case in point, the 2 days we were there, the same tray from room service that had moldy fries (who knows how long it had been there) stayed in front of the same room.

I did not feel like the bathroom was that 'clean' and the tiles in the shower could be literally removed (above spout) they were loose and my husband pushed them back in (I hope the hotel has a good green board behind the tiles as I'm sure anytime a person takes a shower water / mold is collecting behind them (I'm really surprised housekeeping did not report this).

9. Then going to our room the carpet was dirty, bathroom had mold on the tub area,bathroom was so small you have to only one person at a time, then in hallway their was holes in the walls shows pipes.
