1. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, and this is the ONLY place to buy the official tickets without dealing with annoying people.

2. Probably what annoyed us more than anything was the fact we kept getting calls from Guest Services to pick up our 'Welcome Package'; later, we got calls about an 'incredible' deal on a return stay.

3. I also have a problem with the area ticket sales desk in the lobby---why do they all have a timeshare to push? Very annoying.
