1. Hotel downsides are its dated rooms and lack of included breakfast (a service available at most Best Westerns).

2. Our room lacked a fridge and the television is not a flat screen, however, if you can see past that, you'll find the room is cool - A/C works fine, the beds are super comfortable, the linens are fresh, and plenty of pillows are provided.

3. Our room was (relatively) clean (save for a persistent hair on the shower wall that was not either one of ours) and quiet and since we were only there to sleep, we didn't care much about the pool and its lack of a jacuzzi or the fact you apparently have to pay $10 per day for a 'fridge (I do agree, this is silly.

4. i did that this time as well, but after no response at all from the hotel I decided since they didn't care I would post here so everyone can see the lack of caring for the guest and the rooms.

5. What's wrong here at BW LBV is the total lack of a kind welcome, a smile and that glad to be here feeling that you get from a Disney property at check in and throughout your stay.

6. Does Best Western really give preference to its online customers over those who communicate in person? Perhaps so, as in both conversations, the customer service while professional, lacked significantly in a friendly, welcoming demeanor (an image I assume Best Western would hope to portray to its prospective customers).
