2. Shower and bathroom were truly awful, really old and not very clean, and the shower was just so slow.

3. The cons are: the resort fees, the internet is very slow if its working, the rooms are outdated, no flat screen TV's, no refrigerator, & the bus service to the Walt Disney Parks are not clean and they always want tips.

4. Internet was a bit on the slow side and the rooms could use a bit of updating (phones and some furnishings looked outdated and this is the first hotel I have been to in a couple of years that didn't have an LCD flat screen in the room).

5. On the downside, their free Wifi (included in the resort fee) is really slow so hopefully they fix that before we visit again.

6. The hotel had slow check in because one of the front desk staff was helping housekeeping figure out some problem and she seemed to not notice the line up of 6 people waiting to check in.
