1. Room had roaches, could not use pull out sofa as the mattress was torn and mangled due to being too big for the pull out frame (which was also destroyed), bathroom was in dis-repair (shower handle broke off, lid to toliet tank did not fit).

4. I told the front desk in the AM and they said 'they would quarenteen the room and have it exterminted' Well, I don't know alot about exterminating, but I know that if you see one roach, there's 1000 you dont see.
