3. (should say this isnt a refeltion of the hotel though) as a family of 5 my husband and i slept on the sofa bed, and it is very uncomfortable they really arnt of the standard to be used night anfter night, a few times our eldest daughter swapped so we could have a better sleep.

4. The only thing that I would say against it is the pull out sofa was uncomfortable but with all of the walking about the we did, we were too exhausted to notice it after the first few days.

5. i thought the hotel was fantastic valuemy only complains were:the sofa bed in uncomfortable, and the noise from the fridge at night kept me awake, untill i ended up turning the temp down at night .

The suite itself lived up to my expectations but it was the little things that let it down - the fold out bed settee was extremely uncomfortable with the springs sticking out & we ended up bunking in with the kids - the plug in the bathroom sink didn`t work & eventually a workman arrived to fix it & left without saying a word to us.

7. Got in late from a conference and there were stains and holes in the sheets(on the old uncomfortable mattress).

8. The next problem we encountered was the bed and pillows, we were so uncomfortable all night long, we woke every hour on the hour looking at the clock and waiting for 6:00 am so that we could get up and get out of there.
