1. The frontdesk staff could not have been more helpfull as my daughter and i were very poorly ,they got us booked in and sorted our room out very quickly.

2. We used the free shuttles to the parks almost every day and my biggest complaint about the hotel is that the shuttle times are poorly aligned with the opening and closing times of the theme parks.

4. the hotel shop is poorly stockedonce we worked out the internet it worked great for usthe pool was lovley and clean with fresh towelsi thought this hotel was really good, i would consider staying here again if i was staying in this area, next time we want to stay on site at disney though.
