1. We felt there was a reasonable choice for breakfast and there was never a problem finding somewhere to sit.

2. The little shop within the hotel is very basic though, you could not buy the making of a meal there but there are a lot of dining options within easy walking distance ans some will deliver to your room so its not really a problem.

3. This is a smaller hotel compared to some on IDrive hence why the water problem affected all guests.

4. When we were staying there was problem with a water main in the hotel which meant water was off for 12-15 hours, although this isn't ideal these things happen the hotel dealt with it very well given the circumstances.

6. The complementary shuttle service to the parks was good, but I could see a few problems at busier times of the year as seating was limited and only one shuttle bus was used.
