1. Enjoyed the free breakfast most days, only small downside was the amount of time it took to disney, the bus pretty much came back past the hotel 35 mins after leaving (an dropping off at Universal) to collect from a nearby hotel.

7. The only downside was one front desk clerk who was less than helpful when we tried to find out the shuttle schedule to Universal Studios, but he independent concergie was wonderful.
