1. The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staf was nice but noone bothered to go out of their way to apologize, only after the stress of everything I went to the desk to complain did we hear anything in the way of an apology.

2. I went to complain to the front desk and they said that because they had to shut the water the alarm was trigger, they should know that this may happen.

3. Would certainly stay here again, the free breakfast is ideal, and I cannot understand those that complain about the 'free' breakfast its all about choices, if you don't like it McDonalds, Perkins, and I Hop are all 5 minutes away.

6. There were a few negative reviews about the breakfast but there was always something you could find to eatthe only thing that would have made it better is that there is not a bar etc during the day but hey ho that is the ony thing that i can find to complain about.

8. I love how people complain about the free shuttle service but would rather cram onto it anyway and moan all the way there when Universal is a short walk in the sun and disney is a cheap bus ride away.

10. Please don't be put off by some of these negative reviews---these are probably the same type of people who complain non-stop to the staff at any hotel.
