3. The fire alarm issue was terrifying, noone bothered to tell us it was a false alam, we figured it out ourselves.

4. So my review is bad, I cannot say if it could be better or not, you never know, they could always have issues like that, this was my only experience with this hotel.

5. And other times it would not open, we had to take the stairs many times with a 3 year old and a 6 year old due to the elevator issues.

6. I understand things happen, they had an issue with a water pipe, but we had a reservation that we made the same day we arrived, they knew there was an issue with the water, someone should have advised us, especially considering our reservation specified 2 children.

7. I look forward to staying at this hotel because of three factors: Location ( easy travel/ walking distance to most attractions and eateries), Facilities (very clean areas and quiet atmosphere with a Jacuzzi), Service (the desk manager has always fulfilled my requests with a smile and even when there was a mixup-he calmly took care of the issue and made me feel like a guest instead of a room number.
