Club level club was nice to have after all - were able to get included breakfast before heading out to early harry potter hour - the drinks and wine were nice, as were cookies - I would have really rated this a great stay except for that horrendous wait for a room with no real apology as to why and that bad bathroom and smell after waiting - I would say check your room and complain if not right.

9. Ended up with a room with the worst view, a shabby bathroom (which I now see is most everyone's complaint) that had a chipped tub and smelled like smoke.
