1. It soured the end of the holiday for us-we just felt paid off for the poor treatment and the missing item- a bitter taste to what could have been perfect.

2. - the general beauty of the hotel - the frozen grapes treats and lemon water at the pool - the 2 coupons for a free drink which were given to us when I let them know the trip was a graduation present for my daughter - very nice surpriseDisliked - poor free wireless services.

6. Club lounge concierge was polite and efficient, but food at the lounge was quite poor in variety and quality, specially if you compare it to Disney's Grand Floridian's club lounge.
