1. Only issue I have is that they do not explain the frequent visitor program.

5. The real luxury of the hotel though is that guests can use their room keys (and they issue one for each member or the family including our pre-teens) as VIP front-of-the-line access at the Universal Parks.

9. I have to compliment the hotel management for their quick (if insufficient) response to these issues, but the issues themselves should never have occurred - especially in such a 'high end' hotel.
