1. Buying tickets to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure wasn't a problem as those amusement parks have a booth inside the resort.

4. I provided reservation confirmation number, credit card used for reservation and photo id as soon as I stepped up to the check-in desk but check-in still seemed to take an exceptionally long time and I'm not sure if the problem was systems or employee.

5. One time we ran into a problem with the poolside restaurant (slow service) and the manager came over, heard about the problem and comped our full meal including drinks.

8. 15 mins walk to the entrance of Universal, Islands of Advenkture & restaurants (free boat transfer if you are too lazy to walk) Parking wasn't a problem in the main car park in Feb, but I can imagine in summer it would be hard.

9. The staff are very warm courteous and friendly, taxis from the hotel are not a problem at all, if you don't want to pay the hotel rates for taxis, once u step out towards the patio, you could ask the staff for a normal taxi and not a hotel owned one.
