1. Needless to say, we'll be staying at Disney resorts from now on, which really is a shame because Loews has a lot going for it.

7. I thought it was a shame they feel the need to charge outrageous prices for bottles of water and nuts that most likely cost them a fraction of the price tag they put on them.

9. This is a wonderful hotel with wonderful facilities and a great location for Universal the only downside is if you want to do anything at the hotel other than the pool then there's always a cost involved which is a shame as its not a cheap hotel.
