1. Unfortunately, when things go wrong, which is the true test of a good hotel, the Boardwalk Villas staff falls short on service.

4. Given the excellent location and the manageable size of this property (the smallest Disney deluxe resort), the high-quality staff, and the lovely ambiance, you really can't go wrong with the BWI if it fits in the vacation budget.

6. You might wait 20 minutes for a bus and might have to stand for a 20 minute bus ride, but if you don't have any patience, or can't bear to stand for long periods, you're taking the wrong vacation.
