1. Now the negatives, from when we arrived, no one bothered to assist with our luggage or greet us in any way.

8. However, being raised in the hotel industry, and working as a front desk clerk, then as a front desk manager of a top hotel, I know how people can give very negative reviews about their stays.

9. The concerns and reviews that I read about this hotel that were negative were in regards to the conditions of the rooms, the long walk from the parking to the hotel, and the lack of hospitality.

10. The negatives: No housekeeping, so when we called for extra towels, shampoo and soap since we had 5 people in the rooms for 7 nights they said they would do so complementary but we would need to pay next time.
