1. Not really a problem for us, but be aware that this is a large hotel (as is the case with many of the Disney properties) if walking is difficult for anyone in your group.

2. When younger we always stayed at the Contemporary Resort and have stayed at Port Orleans and the Wilderness Lodge also but find the constant busses difficult.

4. Infact the standard of hospitality and the guest relationship was so high, that i am sure, it would be difficult for us, to find the same level of disney hospitality, ever again in any non disney vacations in the future.

5. The main pool is cluttered, loud and has all kinds of elephants, large trees, etc so if your with a few people it is very difficult to find enough seating in a little nook and you cannot see your kids if your traveling as a family.

We have stayed at the Beach Club Villas, Boardway Inn (club level),Contemporary Hotel, Coronado Springs(for a conference), Grand Floridian, Saratoga Springs Villas, Wilderness Lodge(club level), and the Yacht Club as well as many times at the Boardwalk Villas, We all love the location of the Boardway - transporation is usually not a problem to the parks - sometimes difficult to get from hotel to hotel; we enjoy walking to Epcot (usually we skip) and walking back from Hollywood Studios along the waterway.
