1. But those were small inconveniences -- the Boardwalk is a great location within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (and also to Yacht Club and Beach Club hotels) and we loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer.

5. After an electrical problem in the bathroom was not fixed for over 5 hours we were switched to another room but again had to move ourselves with no help from the staff, no compensation for our inconvenience other than a late checkout (2 hours - it was our last night).

7. Our entire stay (which was a week) there was a bucket or bin inconveniently located right in the middle of the hall by the main elevators to the villa area from water leaking from the ceiling.

8. However, the layout of the hotel is confusing & there is no way to get from the large pool to the quiet pool without going through the hotel which was inconvenient.

Room was on the 1st floor as we requested, but strangely enough you had to go from the Boardwalk level, up stairs to get on an elevator to go back downstairs again - very odd and a little bit of a pain, but we liked having a garden courtyard view and patio with 2 chairs & table for morning coffee so willing to put up with that inconvenience.
