1. I was beyond shocked and disappointed after having gone on the Disney Dream less than a year before with immaculate conditions and service.

3. After a long trip we finally arrived at the Boardwalk Villas, the Check in was very helpful and nice, when we reached the room we were quite shocked to see the villa in size of a regular hotelroom.
