1. Not really a problem for us, but be aware that this is a large hotel (as is the case with many of the Disney properties) if walking is difficult for anyone in your group.

2. They apologized and offered to change my room since they could not fix the problem because they could not get in to the room next to mine (there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door).

3. I acknowledged that it was a large hotel & it might take time to get a problem resolved but I was NOT happy with the 'Disney service' in that NO ONE ever got back to me, no note, no message on my phone.

5. It was not so much the inconvenience of the problem with the room so much as the face that I was treated like this was no big deal and why was I complaining.

6. The electrical problem had not been fixed yet but it was evident to me that someone had been in our room because lights were on that I know I had turned off.

7. After an electrical problem in the bathroom was not fixed for over 5 hours we were switched to another room but again had to move ourselves with no help from the staff, no compensation for our inconvenience other than a late checkout (2 hours - it was our last night).

8. We have stayed at this resort on a couple other occasions and had problems on one occasion with a smelly carpet in the room.

9. I was told by the desk person she would report the incident to her supervisor who would have more power to get the problem resolved.

10. On our way to dinner around 7:00 pm I stopped by the front desk to tell them what had happened so far (no response) and requested the problem be fixed by our return.
