4. The second year wasn't bad although their check-in baggage handler (at the hotel) made a poor joke about luggage security which my husband did not take well and reported to Disney management.

6. This was out 5th Christmas/New Years stay at Walt Disney World so I cannot attribute the poor service at this venue to the time of year.
