I have played in most golf courses in Orlando from the very best to the norm and i have to say that the Ritz Carlton without question has the worst service i have ever received the Employees were more interested in getting homes as they watched us clean our own clubs and told us why the pro shop and club house was closed because there was not enough buisness i would of expected more from such a brand that pride itself on the level of service.

4. I have stayed in many Ritz Carltons and Four Seasons all over the world and must admit that this one was THE worst.
