1. unfortunately we had an incident where our baby was in danger & my wife ended up cutting her fingers grabbing a broken wine glass stem as it was about to go in his mouth.

2. unfortunately for the Ritz Grande Lakes, we just stayed at the Ritz Dove Mountain less than six months ago.

3. unfortunately can't speak to the recreational facilities since I didn't have time to explore them, but it's a beautiful property.

4. unfortunately service was decidely poor and additional charges, for example internet and parking, are more to be expected in city locations of lesser brands not in an upscale resort.

6. I had a disgusting experience with the shower cleanliness that unfortunately when unresolved for two days and three conversations with the front desk, including management.
