4. This was not the case with the Orlando hotel which was full of brash, brassy noisy and pushy 20 and 30 somethings many with kids that they did not control.

5. Did have tea in the lobby lounge, which btw the lounge at this Ritz is way too noisy and yes lots of conventioners with their crackberries sort of killing the vacationing mode I was in but I`d rather see them than kids running barefoot through the lobby of a 5 star hotel.

7. Once we resolved the noisy rooms, we were looked after well apart from the member of staff who had to organise moving us into different rooms, she just blanked us every time we walked past.
