1. Any customer service organization when faced with this situation would deal with this more professionally - expecting more for staying at the Ritz is only a sad commentary on how low this once well run and service oriented brand has fallen now that it has been taken over by the Marriott.

3. Other spas I have visited have signs designating some rooms as 'Quiet rooms'--sad that people should have to be told to keep their voices down, but apparently it needs to be spelled out for some people.
