1. We were a little disappointed with the few from our balcony which was described as a lake view but it is a tiny man made lake that borders a parking lot.

8. In general, I think the best thing to do is avoid the entire Orlando area in general unless you're coming for cheap golf with the guys and you can stay somewhere thats cheap enough so you are not left disappointed.
