1. One morning we found another guest in a furious argument with the front desk complaining about the same problem.

2. On check in we were advised that we had booked the Marriott not as we thought the Ritz Carlton which is apparantly not an uncommon error and whilst we had to pay extra to stay at the Ritz, we felt the problem was well handled by check in.

3. The only minor problem I had was with housekeeping, on two occasions (out of 3), we returned with tired kids ready for some down time (at 3 and 4pm) and the cleaners were just getting started.

4. The Ritz is one of the best places to stay in Orlando for couples, but we are beginning to doubt we can continue to put up with the problems we experience there.

5. We have stayed at the Ritz in Orlando many times in the past and seem to constantly encounter problems with service, which tends to be erratic and slow.

6. Be aware - an 18% gratuity is added automatically at Bleu - Another problem was that they offered a topping of Myers dark rum on the dacquaris but didn't tell us that there was an additional $4 charge.

7. The room was called deluxed - but is was a standard room it think, but nice beds and pillows)If you have any problems - contact me Young Carter - he was absolutely amazing.

8. They did have some problems transferring our reservations to the Ritz-Carlton as evidently, they don't have the same reservation system.

9. I'm vegetarian and do have problems sometimes when abroad and choosing food as mostly menus can be limited and bland.
