1. A lady from the front desk was very apologetic when i complained about the bad service and offered us a $100 complimentary voucher to have dinner at one of the restaurants which was nice although i dont think the level of service was acceptable from a Ritz hotel.

2. They also could not locate some of our laundry, after i complained they eventually sent it to us that evening, 2 pairs of my socks were missing and instead we got another guests socks mixed with our laundry.
