1. unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I noticed that some of the guests have taken to defacing these beautiful plants with their initials.

4. Kudos to the staff for moving me to another room - unfortunately, I had to pack up (couldn't quite understand why I couldn't leave my items there until the morning and then move them since I don't imagine the cleaning staff were going to clean the room at 3.
