1. At this point what really pissed me off was that, instead of appologizing and fixing the problem right away, 2 receptionists started explaining in a quite unfriendly way that this was all our fault.

4. All was going well until the noisy guys in room 2005 returned from the bar at 3am, pumped up the music and proceeded to digest their night; the problem is the walls between rooms 2004 and 2005 are paper thin and I could hear everything.
