3. Coupled with smaller problems like lack of wifi in the room anywhere outside the bathroom, poorly flushing toilet, and shower that didn't really switch between tub and shower waterflow the whole stay was missing the general W quality that we enjoyed on our other stays with this chain.

7. All of the staff at the hotel were very pleasant but unfortunately many of them were either incompetent, inexperienced or poorly trained.

9. We were on the top floor, so street noise was not a major problem, but the rooms were so poorly insulated that every word spoken in neighboring rooms could be heard, even at normal conversational levels.
