3. It generally wasn't that clean (and wasn't cleaned very well either) and had a few little issues like the tub not draining properly, not being able to take a bath because of the faucet pressure, etc.

6. They had a nice supply of complimentary iced water bottles at the door for you to grab on your way in or out - nice ; )Taxi line right outside so no issues getting a ride back to the airport ($33 fixed fee) All in all though I loved my stay at the W and would definitely stay there again.

8. The manager was not helpful in resolving this issue and actually wouldn't even speak with me until it was decided between myself and the desk clerk that the wouldn't be able to accommodate me.

9. Once these issues were dealt with, the location is great (parking is $35 per day) so I walked or cabbed everywhere.
