2. As far as rats, mice and roaches, there is no way to get away from them anywhere in the quarter, so as far as reviews that have to do with that, this is all i have to say, if you are afraid to see one, the quarter is probably not for you.

3. My friends and I were initially very charmed by the hotel (more like roach motel, but we'll get to that), and quickly learned that we were one of only two rooms that checked in that night.

6. 00 a nite one would expect no roaches, furniture that looks and feels like it was gotten at a local salvage yard, a mold problem, a working fire alarm in the room, poor ventilation, leaky plumbing, running toliet, and an AC unit that must remain on as the noise from rowdy hotel residents can go on for hours unchecked by the management.

7. Although the room was wonderfully decorated and seemingly clean, we did find a couple roaches/roach traps right underneath our head board.

8. The free parking meant our car was blocked in for the weekend and cute and charming meant mouse and roach invested with worn out sheets and towels, bad plumbing, and rooms smelling of mildew.
