1. Oliver House customer service was also poor, no apologies and when I asked for a discount due to the long wait to get into our room we were given a $12 discount.

2. 00 a nite one would expect no roaches, furniture that looks and feels like it was gotten at a local salvage yard, a mold problem, a working fire alarm in the room, poor ventilation, leaky plumbing, running toliet, and an AC unit that must remain on as the noise from rowdy hotel residents can go on for hours unchecked by the management.
