1. The bed was on the second level and the bathroom on the first, so if you need to get up in the middle of the night, it's really inconvenient to have to navigate the stairs.

3. The hotel parking garage is somewhat inconvenient because it is self parking and you have to leave your keys with the hotel manager in order for them to move cars around for other guest.
