3. 00 a nite one would expect no roaches, furniture that looks and feels like it was gotten at a local salvage yard, a mold problem, a working fire alarm in the room, poor ventilation, leaky plumbing, running toliet, and an AC unit that must remain on as the noise from rowdy hotel residents can go on for hours unchecked by the management.

7. Yes, New Orleans is BELOW sea level and is right on the water and is a very humid climate so WHY would you NOT expect a little mold? From some of the reviews I read, I imagined mold on the counters, mold in the pool, mold everywhere.

8. We were escorted to a room with 2 four poster beds that were broken and the posts glued ot taped back on it was filthy, moldy and dark.
