1. The staff was quick to work on the issues, but could not get the toilet to to work and the shower took about 20 minutes to heat up.

7. This was not an issue to me at any time as I spend my time in the Quarter and walk (much easier than driving anyway).

8. As someone else said, you are steps from Bourbon Street but far enough that the noise is not a huge issue (except, as with ANY hotel in the French Quarter, the garbage trucks run at 4 a.

9. The location was the biggest advantage, it was so close to everything that if we needed to run back to the room it wasn't an issue.

10. The bathroom was updated nicely, but the issue we had with the room as that it was at street level, so our windows faced the street, therefore, causing us to keep the curtains closed and not see daylight.
