1. The location was very convenient for us, since it was only a couple of blocks to the Cathedral, and Bourbon St but the room was very old, stained carpet, noisy, floors are squeaky, ac was loud, and had an old funk smell to it.

4. The only noise we heard was from people talking loudly in the hall outside the room and someone running a vacuum once.
