When we went back to get our bags from the Bienville house the women at the front desk (Cynthia) told me that we would be charged $75 to cancel the reservation after much arguing and her repeatedly pronouncing our name wrong (with repeated corrections) she laughed and said well you won't be able to find a place to stay, this is a very busy season.

3. When we told her that she had the wrong attitude dealing with guests, she started yelling at us in the lobby and told us that she was going to check us out of the hotel.

4. No problem, I have others, but after getting to my room and immediately calling the bank and spending 10 minutes in phone menus and on hold, my bank told me the card was declined because the clerk was entering the wrong expiration date into the machine.
