1. I was disappointed in the lack of fruit as an option, there were a few apples but that was all.

8. Had I been told that the majority of guests were children on a school trip I might have understood the lack of adjoining rooms but rather than assisting I was given the run around.

9. I agree with other reviewers comments about customer service and was disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail;- No pleasantries or welcome greeting from reception staff- No early check in on arrival- Breakfast from 7am until 10am - or until they run out.
