4. Fixtures are odd - shower door is on the wrong side so you have to step in underneath the shower.

6. Once you're past the beautiful lobby, International House can't provide the most basic hotel services: The line to room service never worked--had to call the desk--and it took over an hour (not the 25 minutes promised), + they got the order wrong.
