1. The room was nicely decorated, but windows looked into an airshaft, the bathroom had a cracked toilet cover, horrible water pressure, broken hair dryer, teeny tiny sink, dings and dents in the doors and walls, and the lighting of the Bates Motel.

5. To conclude then, the hotel and location are great, but unfortunately, they ruined the first night of our New Orleans holiday by putting us in a terrible room, so if you book, make sure they don't put you on the top floor where the rooms have these tiny windows and bare concrete ceilings.
