1. Rooms were filthy (we had two) just plain D-I-R-T-Y, no mini-bar or fridge, and staff was rude.

5. red hair chick at desk was somewhat rude, didnt say a 'hello' but did have a fake 'I hate my job smile' on her face but I could have cared less, I was ready to get my drink on in New Orleans, quick easy check in, valet was $33 a night whick in all honesty is a rip off, but like I said find a parking spot in New Orleans near the French Qrt is worse than finding a spot in NYC.
