1. unfortunately the rest of the morning staff at Rambla weren't - they seemed to be more interested in chatting than clearing plates or providing juice, and when you asked for juice you felt like you were disturbing them.

3. To conclude then, the hotel and location are great, but unfortunately, they ruined the first night of our New Orleans holiday by putting us in a terrible room, so if you book, make sure they don't put you on the top floor where the rooms have these tiny windows and bare concrete ceilings.

4. We were moved next door into a room with a queen double, but unfortunately:1) It was so small that there was no room for a desk or chair as advertised.

5. The hotel is well located only a few minutes walk from Canal Street and the Charles Street tram, but be very careful which room you get because unfortunately, we were given two very poor rooms on the first night, which were not as described on the Hotel website and without 'luxuries' such as curtains.
