1. Had a little problem at check-in when the clerk couldn't find second room I had booked and paid for.

I get the impression the management does try very hard to make their hotel a great place to stay so my recommendation to them is to do more on the front end to make sure any school groups they take in are monitoried and checked for noise throughout the night, not only when another patron reports a problem.

6. We did have one concern, we reported that our bathroom had a problem with the plug and extractor to reception and we had left a few dollars for the maid.
