2. They messed up our reservation, charged us for a room we cancelled, the only plus was they were closer to Emeril's, but I was disappointed with my dinner there as well.

3. One of the hotel staff who works the breakfast room was always helpful and had a smile despite some rather rude people who were in there demanding things right away and making more of a mess than was needed.
