4. Upon my very late arrival, my luggage had been delayed and I was very annoyed and out of sorts; however staff still handled my 'attitude' and demands for after hours food delivery info and the shooing away of 2 am party revelers outside my window with grace and ease.

5. My only suggestion to hotel owner/management was that their "business center" was one computer that didn’t work well with no chair to sit down so you wouldn’t be on it for very long, this was really annoying since I was there for a full week and wanted to keep up with family/friends.
